Environmental Chamber Mapping
Based on customer standard operating procedures (SOPs), CCS Validations performs accurate thermal, humidity and CO2 mapping studies, empty chamber thermal distribution and load chamber challenge studies.
Pre-Qualification
CCS Calibrations will verify equipment control system calibrations before performing validation studies. Most chambers require adjustments to reach optimal operating levels. CCS Validations is able to assist in creating protocols or execute client IQ/ OQ/ and PQ protocols in accordance with FDA, cGMP and GLP guidelines.
IQ/ OQ/ PQ
IQ – Verify if the equipment is safely and properly installed.
OQ – Verify that the unit meets operational specifications such as control, alarms and other requirements.
PQ – Validates that a unit meets performance pattern under a user defined challenge condition.
Open Door Challenge – Verify that a loaded environmental controlled chamber consistently meets repeatable conditions during operation mode.
